
Candice graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 2002 with a BA (Acting). She is an Artistic Director of Vox Motus and has co-written and directed all the company's productions with Jamie Harrison since 2003. She has worked as an actor for Scottish companies and venues including The Arches, The Traverse, Theatre Cryptic, Glasgow Repertory Company and Cumbernauld and Dunfermline Theatres. Candice has directed numerous youth and community projects, most notably the award-winning Horned and Hooved for Cumbernauld Theatre/Scottish Power Learning in 2003 and Sing for Absolution for the NTS Exchange Festival in 2006.
Candice has trained at VGIK in Moscow and has partaken in cultural exchanges to Lisbon, Turin and Singapore, where she worked with the Necessary Stage. From 2003 - 2005 Candice was a member of the Monitoring, Evaluation and Review Board for the RSAMD BA (Acting) course.

Jamie Harrison graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 2002 with a BA (Acting). He has worked as an actor in theatre, radio and film. He is an Artistic Director of Vox Motus and has co-written, directed and designed all the company's production with Candice Edmunds since 2003.
Jamie has worked as a professional magician for twelve years in the UK and across Europe, Asia and the USA. He regularly works as a Magic Consultant on theatre productions. Jamie co-directed the award-winning Horned and Hooved for Cumbernauld Theatre/Scottish Power Learning in 2003. He has trained at VGIK (School of Cinematography) in Moscow, worked with the Necessary Stage in Singapore and taken part in Troika Ranch Dance Company's workshop in New York City creating work with the company's Isadora interactive software.

Susannah Armitage first worked for Vox Motus as Project General Manager for Slick in 2008. Since then she has managed and administrated Bright Black, the development of Forces and Slick's tour to the Cork Midsummer Festival. Susannah is also Associate Producer for A Play, A Pie and A Pint at Oran Mor. Previous to this she was Administrator of the Tron Theatre for five years.
