Claire’s story is a true one. Her fiancé died as they made love one night. Spiralling into depression she is thrown a lifeline when her parents remortgage their home to buy her a round-the-world ticket.
Bright Black is an epic story of one woman’s international travels combining Black Art illusion and digital media elements. Choreographer Natasha Gilmour will be collaborating on the project as Vox Motus brings together visuals, text, actors and dancers to tell a story of inspiring experiences, bizarre encounters and the healing power of travel.
Bright Black is currently being developed with National Theatre of Scotland (Workshop) for production in Winter/Spring 2009.
